No Maida Recipe (Time: 20 minutes)

Step 1: Take two cups of millieartth pasta and boil it for 10 minutes. You can add a pinch of salt and oil to the boiling water to avoid sticking. After 10 minutes, drain the water and keep aside the pasta for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Take a nonstick pan, add 1 tbsp butter/olive oil, and add minced chili and garlic to it. Now add finely chopped vegetables and sauté for 3-4 mins. Add chili flakes, and black pepper to the vegetables.

Step 3: Add 1 cup of full cream milk to the pan. Add ½ tbsp mayonnaise (optional), and 2 tbsp cheese to it and let it boil. Now add boiled pasta to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes (until the gravy becomes thicker), ensuring everything is well-coated. Add 1 teaspoon oregano seasoning and salt to taste. Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs or cheese if desired.

Note: Through this recipe, our goal is to avoid using maida/corn flour, even in making sauce. We use full cream milk and cheese to thicken the gravy.

Enjoy your healthy and delicious white sauce millet pasta!
